Gill was the nicest, most kind and caring person have I have been lucky to have known and blessed to have as my mother-in-law. I first met Gill 36 years ago and when she was an active wife and mother, Brown Owl and office worker but nonetheless always had time for others.
I have fond memories of volunteering for a while along with my friend Julie as helpers with Gills brownie pack, especially the time we made peppermint creams at Gills house, oh dear the mess, but Gill never minded!
Gill was a wonderful nanny to my children always so loving, patient and taking time to teach them life skills.
Never would you hear Gill so an unkind word about anyone, she was a very genuine person who even when ill never complained, she was like a second mum to me who I will always remember with a smile.
much love, Debbie xxx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
